Key Features - Open Access (Public) Display

Open Access Display

You can define secured PDFs hosted by us to be made available for open access (public) or private (restricted) viewing. A link is provided to you that you can publicize. With Public access this means that anyone provided with the link to that document can view it without having to be registered so no login is required

Embedded Access Display

You can embed the link we provide to you within your own website using a simple iframe link or auto-redirection. Your secured PDF is then displayed as if it is located on your own website. Embedded access with tracking can also be provided for Private Access subscribers

Page encryption

The access page for each document is encrypted and includes basic security controls, including no printing, no right mouse clicking, no downloading. Additional security features are available for Private Access subscribers including IPAddress based access controls

Selectable display formats

You can select from with Clean or Complete continuous scrolling formats, Magazine/Book (flipbook style) 2-page format, or Slide (Presentation) mode. See our page formats samples for more details. The Complete option includes additional navigation facilities (contents list, selectable thumbnails, full text searching). Bespoke variants of the standard templates can be provided

Key Features - Controlled Access

User-specific (Private) Display

Access control is provided via our Javelin/Sitelok session-based user management facility. In addition to the Public Access control features, each uploaded and converted document can be protected by customer-specific usernames/passwords, IPAddresses or address ranges, and Customer Group membership. Manual or Auto-login

Users wishing to access the secured file can be provided with their own username and password in order to access your secured files, or can be provided with a common (shared) username and password, and/or can be logged in automatically via an augmented URL. This facilitates autologin with the specified username and password and/or IPAddress details, plus on-screen display of the optional name value
